4.3GLPEFS warning horn disconnected

Could this have the ability to make my boat run poorly? No power, will hardly plane out. Found it broken and disconnected while checking plugs and wires.

no, the warning horn simply alerts you that something is amiss

Thanks. That's an awfully expensive horn to be nothing but an alert.

Expensive or not, its a simple system of a few switches and a buzzer (High temp and low oil pressure switches on the ground side of a buzzer)
