Volvo Penta riser torque settings

Does anyone know what the torque setting are supposed to be for the riser bolts 5.7GSI

I did mine in the spring and I think it was around 28 ftlbs.

I believe that's correct, actually you really don't need to use a torque wrench on then, just make them tight without putting everything you have into it, hand tight with a little pull is all I ever did with mine and it's way better not to use the factory metal gaskets especially if your in salt water
