4.3GL-D Penta Volvo fuel relay not sending signal to pump

We have a 2005 Volvo Penta 4.3gl-d will turn over and fuel pump relay has power but not sending signal to the pump?

Check your connections and voltages
Should have 12V on pin 85 while cranking and 12V full time on pin 30. When cranking power will pass when relay is energized from 30 to 86
