Riser adapter

looking for adapter hose. 2007 gi to 280dp y-pipe. Lines up perfectly. But, different diameters. the 5/7gi is 4" the y-pipe is 3". I think it would need to be primarily 4" with a reduction at the end to 3" to accommodate the mixing area. please see photo.

Ayuh,..... I don't do Volvos, so I maybe wrong, But,.....

What I see is you need a 4" to 3" iron 45* adapter,......

You need a 4' rubber coupler at the end of the riser, to the iron elbow 4" to 3", 45* adapter, so that the exhausted water can get outa the riser,.....
Then a 3" rubber coupler from the iron adapter to the y-pipe,.....

A 4" to 3" rubber coupler right on the riser will block the water flow into the exhaust stream,......
