Got home from boating on Sunday, and while lowering trim in the garage, there was a strange creaking noise coming I believe from the area of the pivot pin on the port side. Tried it Monday and it still made the noise. Tried again today and it is back to normal.
Is there any periodic lube or PM that should be done on the pivot pins? If so, can it be done without removing the outdrive? I literally just had the outdrive off a few weeks ago, don't really feel like taking it off again but will if needed.
