Thank you - I don't know how I missed that as I looked at that diagram. Now to try and find one...ugh. Is this something that may just need cleaned? Thanks as always.

From what I see - I won't have to remove the intake manifold - but looks like the sensor is kinda tucked in there....first time changing one on this engine so we shall see.

As usual VP when parts are NLA they get rid of the part number so there is no reference to look up. I did a search on "VP 5.0 Fi air temp sensor" and some parts came up. After you get the one out hope there is a part number on it to help locate

I found the part # 3854158 and snagged one on Ebay. From what little research I've done, numerous parts from a '95 Mustang with 302 are the same.
