OMC / Ford 302 IAC Part # 3850987 (disc) - options?

What are my options for finding a IAC control valve for engine code 50FIPNCSCE? Is there an automotive equivalent from a Ford car/truck someone knows about? Can I test existing one with OHM meter? I cleaned connections, can I remove and clean entire unit? Erratic idle, hard starting at times unless I give it "gas", will stall at idle. Ruled out about everything else....

I found a Motorcraft for a 95 Mustang that I believe came with 302's but honestly don't know....


Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): 0VB11654BC, F4ZE9F715AA, F4ZZ9F715AA

Can you OHM out an IAC? Current one on boat is around 10.4 - maybe it is fine and the erratic idling is something else....thanks for the other suggestion.

From what I've researched the IAC is within spec OHM wise. I did pull a code 54 with a code reader which states Idle Air Temp Sensor is out of range. Do you know what sensor this is on a Ford 302? I notice there are three on top of the manifold. Two have a plastic wire clip and 1 just has a single wire held on by a nut.
