I have a 1993 welcraft with a 4.3 Volvo Penta engine and out drive, having a proble my tilt trim will not work (it does work if I bypass it) nor does any gauges or lights, changed the relays still nothing so I had a mechanic came yesterday and said the fuseable link was blown so we got one and I installed it but it blew again. Any ideas
