While getting the boat ready for the season I noticed a drip coming from the bottom of the Manifold. Upon further inspection, there is a crack in the manifold just underneath the manifold. I removed the entire drain **** when I winterized it last time, but unfortunately rust had clogged that port and any remaining water froze and cracked the manifold. Real Bummer.
Now I need information on how to replace the manifold. There doesn't seem to be too much information on this. I did find something about pulling the engine?
Help!! Thanks Yall

Unbolt riser and remove
Unbolt carb and remove
Unbolt manifold
Clean gasket surfaces
Get new gaskets
Installation is reverse of removal

Always poke your drains. I use a nail, some on the forum use a 3" deck screw

Mine required the alternator be pulled as well. It had 2 mounting screws into the manifold. The most frustrating point is the last bolt by the riser is blocked by the exhaust tube and you have to use a double nut to loosen the bolt stem out of the block and rotate the manifold up and out. Reverse on the re install. Put the screw stem in the manifold and when it is in place, hand screw the stem into the block to get it started. Good luck
