What is it?...FORD.....VOLVO?

I picked up another Glastron today (#3) to add to my toy box. It is a Glastron Carlson CV16 V8. It is powered by a Ford 302ci. with a Volvo 280 outdrive. It needs some work, but hey what classic 1975 boat doesn't. My question is, when looking for parts for this motor and drive am I looking at it as a Volvo...or a Ford. I know most the Ford stuff interchanges. How do I look up parts for this combo.
Serial# on engine is 302D04030
Serial# on drive is 9809102B

What a lovely boat. Lucky man....
I'm not certain and perhaps someone will correct me, but I'm not sure a ford v8 was a standard fit from factory.
If it's defo a ford, I'd guess someone has reengined it with the 5.0 engine ?
Like I say, not certain. One thing is for sure...someone on here will know.
