Losing power

Alright peoples not sure on where to start here but is losing power almost every time I take it out. I've got a 26 foot 3.5T with a AD41B with a DP-E leg. At WOT I'm getting 3600rpm. 1 month ago I was getting 24knots and everytime I take it out it's getting less and less. Now I'm pushing 14 knots. It has a near new turbo and the anti foul gets done regularly. So I'm not sure where to start checking.
Thanks in advance

Start with fuel pressure on the supply and return. Also, boost pressure before and after the CAC

The boat's not gaining weight, as in taking water on?

Ayuh,.... Have the Contents of the fuel filter been checked for anything, but good clean fuel,..??

Water, 'n crud will restrict fuel flow, which limits horsepower,...

Yes do check the filters for crud causing a fuel restriction, has it been changed?
Checking fuel pressure as Scott mentioned could tell you a lot.
Don't know (will have to look) if this diesel has a screen inside the banjo bolt feeding the fuel pump, or if the screen in the tank is clogging.
Hope you can be sure of getting clean fuel when needed
