270 outdrive helmet help!

I have a 1983 bayliner Capri with the aq125a and 270 outdrive. The issue I am having is the helmet for my outdrive only has one bolt but it has 2 threads. I think I am missing the block for it but I can't find a part number for the block or the other bolt that I need. I am also missing the bolt on the right side that holds the pivot block in and can not find the part number for it either. Here are some pictures.

In the link above, your missing # 17, the pin. and one of the bolts #18.

#37 is the hing pin lock screw.

Ok thankyou! I will add that to my order. Now to figure out why I'm overheating (hopefully bad thermostat). Thankyou for your quick replies!
