2hp 1939 NEPTUNE OUTBOARD MOTOR QUESTION - Gas/Oil mixture?

Hello,
I have a 1939 Neptune model no. 2a 39.... It believe it is 2hp.

Anyways, I was planning on trying it out today, but I am wondering what the gas/oil mixture should be for it?
Any help is appreciated...

cant give you a real answer, but id mix it at 16:1 and take an extra plug! someone will chime in with factory recommended specs.

And it is 2/3 pint per gallon. Yep, 2hp @ 2800 RPM.
