Hello all. I had my Sea King k700 2107a apart yesterday to replace the old sticky grease in the lower gear housing with fresh gear oil instead. I reassembled the housing and quickly found that I couldn't really turn the prop. I pulled the pull cord to see if that would spin it, nothing. Well come to find out after opening it up again, the little roll pin that connects the prop to the gears (if that makes sense at all) is broken.

Below is an image I grabbed from this forum that actually shows the exact location I am talking about as well as where the roll pin goes. So, does the link below work for what I need? I will provide links to 2 different products. I believe I found the correct size based on a repair guide I found on these forums. I believe the first link is the one I want/need?

2nd question, does the roll pin get installed just by pushing it through the holes after they are lined up?

Edit: I just need to make sure the size is right. My local Fastenal store has these pins.

Im always a firm believer if it had grease theres a reason. I would of put lubiplate grease back in. That roll pin will work and yes. Dont use the stainless it wont give.
