Wizard super twin fuel tank and water pump

I a wizard super twin model#w64. Horsepower is unknown. It's in decent condition and I would like to get it running. I cannot get the gas tank off. Theres two studs underneath I think those are the only thing that hold it on but it wont budge. I also have no idea where the impeller is located. I'm sure it's not any good. Thank you.

That would be a model WG4, not W64. It is 6 horsepower and was made in the early 1950's by Mercury and is based on the Mercury model KD4.

I'm not much of a Mercury guru, but this should at least get you started. I THINK the impeller is forward of the propeller and MIGHT be different than it's Mercury parent. But coming from a non-Mercury guy, check it out.

Thank you so much! Turns out it has bad coil though unfortunately. That information should help me find parts maybe. The impeller is also no good but it is where you said. Thanks!
