Test CMC PT130 actuator

Can anyone describe how to test a pt130 actuator? My solenoids click but there is no other movement. Thanks in advance.

Check the relay fuse breaker. Its a little box with 2 prongs with nuts on them with 2 red wires. Its a circuit breaker and can be reset or get a new one at auto parts store. 10 bucks.

I looked and didn’t fine one. It should be on the positive wire coming from the battery correct?

yes a red wire on each pole. Mine went out and that was the problem.
