Ignition conversion

Have brand new Tecumseh head on sears Ted Williams that would not spark any plug even when replaced all ignition system when you could still get it from sears back in early 90’s . Finally gave up on solid state ignition and started a conversion last week. I now have spark and now have to get it timed properly. Couldn’t do old points & condenser since there’s no key way below flywheel for crankshaft cam that Tecumseh used on older engines.we’ll see how the timing and throttle linkage fabrication goes.

It would take some timing and some reworking the ignition plate including relocation of coil and moving and heli arc welding the throttle back onto plate.

What is the cost of the coil and ht lead. How do sync the throttle with timing.
