US Marine / Force L-drive Main Relay Replacement

I need to replace the main relay on a US Marine L-drive. The main relay is on a sheet metal bracket along with the main circuit breakers. I found this bracket is clamped to the floor, I think in two places and when I removed the bolt on the first clamp water started to shoot out of the bolt hole. I freaked out and reassembled the clamp.
Can anyone advise on how to get access to the main relay for replacement?
