i had an issue with my Yamaha 4.3 no shifting correctly. it would actually stall the boat. I replaced the shift interrupter switch which helped alittle. Heres the fun part...the shift fork where it the shift cable connects to had massive corrosion, also one of my seals failed causing water and oil to mix in the bellows. I called nelsons marine service ordered the parts and had my marina do the work....where are you located
