Have you looked at the structural aspects of this boat , foam floatation , stringers and transom ?-----Or just fixing the motor and launching ?----What motor is in this boat ?----OMC perhaps ?

Moved this out of the Resto section earlier today. I'm in the dark too, but I was hoping for some enlightenment from the OP.

Thanks for the response. The motor is GM 350. Not sure of the drive. I will be working on it this weekend. It is at a friend shop. Still winter up here in Canada. I can get some better pictures and a picture of the engine. Thanks eh......

Slick craft boats were well made, what you have there is a 68-72 model. I had a customer with that same boat when I first got into the business. If the hull is still sound pull everything out and have the transom closed, locate a Mercruiser late style drive platform so that you can use the engine over.
Or get a bracket and bolt on an outboard with about 200 hp which might be the easiest and cheapest way to go in the long run.
