bottom of intake manifold - probe port with a screw driver
bottom of engine block, port side - probe port with a screw drive
remove large hose and drain - may need a hose pic to remove hose.

Where are the water drain plugs on omc 120 hp with omc 400 sterndrive

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,....... As Scott says,.....

You'll find the manifold drain on it's bottom, 'bout center, or slightly aft of center,.....
It'll either be a 1/8" pipe plug(7/16" wrench), or 1/4" pipe plug(9/16" wrench),......

Just below it at the bottom of the block, just above the oil pan, is the block drain, a 1/4" pipe plug,.....

'n pull the big hose off the circulatin' water pump on the front of the motor,.....
It hides 'tween a pint to a quart of water,.....

The drive,..?? Lower it,....

If you did a lot of boating in muddy shallow water, make sure the lower foot drain holes are clear.

If the drain holes are not clear, you may have to pull the outdrive, and separate the halves to clean out the cavity
