Hey guys.
So I took the carb off my 88 doral bowrider with 3.0l omc inline 4. The carb is a 2 jet rochester carb. With the problems I was having the carb was bound to come off, and Im glad I did. The carb was so full of crap im surprised it ran at all. But needless to say when I took it apart a couple gaskets ripped apart. So I think i found the right replacement but want to make sure with people slightly more intelligent then I am!
Does this look like the replacement I need. Have you ever ordered this set or do you recommend a different site for quality parts? Also I was wondering about the plastic line that comes from the carb back to the fuel pump, not the fuel line but a plastic line. I wanted to replace this but does it need to be a special tube, or made from special material?
