Starting it for the first time since winterized, fuel spit out the top of the carb. I’ve rebuilt the carb, checked all cylinders for spark etc. it seems to do it on the revolution of the motor. My next option would be fuel pump but I’m kinda at a loss right now.

Is there fuel in the rubber hose from the pump that goes to the carb? (Assuming you still have a mechanical pump)

my guess either the clear line from the fuel pump is full of fuel, or the float is stuck open

Rebuilt the carb last night so I know everything is setup correctly inside the carb. I will take a closer look at the clear line from the pump to the carb tonight.

If there is fuel in the yellowish/clear line the fuel pump diaphragm is likely bad.

Turns out I have valves not sealing. Compression test goes from 0-95 and right back to 0. Fuel siting from carb is from exhaust valves not closing/sealing and the strike pushing gas back up through the intake/carb
