Hello everyone. I hope all is well.

As stated in the opening engine starts and dies starts and dies.

Flushed the gas tank.

Cleaned all of the filters.

Rebuilt the carburetor.

Replaced the fuel pump.

Replaced the ignition coil.

Still the same issue. This is frustrating as you can hear she really wants to run.

What else could I try?

Thanks for the consideration and help guys.

Assuming you have points and if correct you have 2 wire feeds to the distributer. During starting, a full 12V goes to the coil. When the engine hits and the key is released 12V goes thru a resistor to the coil which runs on about 9V. You should have 2 wires on the + side of the coil. This is the typical set up for points

Now the resistor may not actually look like a resistor, the resistor may be part of the wire. To see if its lack of power, run 12V direct to the coil and see if it will run. If it does you have the answer, but don't leave the 12V on the coil, this will cause an overheat and burn the points

If things don't start adding up, check and make sure your upper gear case is running free on the outdrive. If it's jamming up, it can stall out the engine.
