Upper Gearcase for OMC 140hp

Hey, I got an upper case housing for my OMC 140hp as my previous one got damaged. Does anybody have any diagrams and or literature that could assist me in transferring internal parts correctly? I saw a couple of videos on youtube of different sections but not as detailed as i would have liked..

Which drive? I'm going to assume a stringer. If so, special tools are required to set up the bearings

yes i believe its that stringer type

I would try to find an old OMC mechanic that still has tools, or get a rebuilt gear case vs trying to swap over yourself. I was successful with depth gauges, dial indicators, impression bluing, and a bunch of internal and external mics.

okay i will try my luck although i know it will be hard, i am in Northern Alberta not much accessibility to those things whether tools or people familiar with OMC stuff.
