Shell Nautilus watercraft Synthetic marine oil question.

Good day, Just bought this quart of Shell Nautilus PWC synthetic marine oil without doing much reading on the container with the idea I would use it with my Evinrude 6 hp outboard motor as most synthetic oil would say for outboard motors and watercraft. But on this container it just says "Watercraft (including pre-mix) low ash exceeds JASO where a TC rated oil is required". My question: is this 2 strokes oil suitable for outboard motors ? (if not it's refundable) Thank you

Does it have a TCW-3 or NMMA logo on the bottle?

Just says "exceed JASO FD" and "suitable for all watercrafts where a low ash TC rated oil is required"

I just googled the answer and read that ... TC rated is not for outboard. Thank you all.
