parts/salvage request

This is slightly off the topic, but wondering if anyone can give me ideas on where to start with this one: I was trailering my 1994 Baja 236 down a local highway, and when I got home I noticed the rear-right side air vent cover had blown off. I have looked along the road, but haven't found it -- Baja says they cannot replace as they throw the fiberglass molds away after 2 years. Anyone know of a boat salvage place or should I just look into some fiberglass fabricating company? If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it!! Don H. -- Ottawa, IL

Re: parts/salvage request

Don,
Try using iboats.com's partsfinder service. They found a replacement bow railing for my son's 1987 Ciera. Only cost him a $10 finder's fee and if they don't find it, you don't have to pay. What's there to loose? Good luck either way.

Mike
