What is this antique outboard? Mariner?

I've had this motor in my collection for quite some time. recently I put my collection up for sale and someone mentioned that Mariner never made this motor. What do you guys think it is?

Looks like the old Seabee but not sure. There is a seagull outboard over here that’s similar but not identical

It was made by the Mariner Outboard Motor Company of Minneapolis, MN. Probably a 1950's model. It was made by Scott-Atwater originally, and later by Champion. Probably not worth a whole lot of money, but it surely is one of the rarer ones.
