Evinrude Model Number question

Greetings,
I just bought a 1996 60hp Evinrude with electric tilt and trim. The data plate on the motor has a black smudge on it that I haven’t been able to wipe off. I can make out the following letters/numbers E60 _ _ ETD, where” _” is letters I can’t decipher. I’m trying to find the missing middle letters to order an Owner’s Manual for it. I know the first missing letter is supposed to be related to the tilt and trim option. If I can’t make out that first number is there some other way to determine the tilt and trim package the motor has? The second letter should be the shaft length, but I can’t read that number. Where do I measure to and from on the motor to determine the shaft length? Lastly, why are there 3 letters (ETD) in the last cluster that I think should say ED if it’s a 1996.
The Serial Number is G03322558 if that helps in any way.
Sorry for the long-winded question,
Bob

The 2 missing letters appear to be either TL or EL.. Since you say you have trim and tilt it is most likely TL...Also it seems that model year 60hp of 1993 was only made with a long or 20" shaft..
