I’m looking at a used boat with a 1996 60hp Evinrude with oil-injection. Anyone have experience with this motor? Do you like it?

Two words for the OMC 3 cyls...bullet proof. I took the VRO off my 70 version to avoid the weak link...at the recommendation of the OMC International warranty rep (when they were in biz).
I have a '94 60 HP. Some of the ignition components needed work when i bought it used 2 years ago but since those have been corrected, it runs great. Pushes my 16' starcraft along at 30 MPH with 3 adults.
