This is a recurrent theme going on at Iboats which a termo and impeller change, flushing all day long with fresh water, vinegar won't solve whatsoever. Check videos and draw your own conclusions...

For my particular taste both Yam videos bypassed cleaning the ehaust cover water paths due to both boaters inexperience dealing with overheat issues.
