  • 10 hp Mariner outboard motor

I got a 10 hp Mariner Outboard Motor with the boat. Does anyone know the fuel mix for this motor, are they reliable, any info on this motor would be helpful.

    Should be a 9.9 HP-OB, usually 50/1 fuel/oil ratio. 2 stroke TCW-3 oil.

Is it a Yamaha or American built motor.

Some Mariners were made by Yamaha. Look for the Yamaha tuning fork badge on the engine, It is molded in.
