got it changed ,changed the anti siphon valve and no it runs great ... no more limp mode awesome! thanks for yalls help couldn't have done it without yall
Yes, that is a Mcgard prop lock. Look for the key to remove, it looks like a nut on one end and round piece with notches that match up to those inside the collar
