Mariner Serial Number/Spark help

So I have been looking for a manual for my motor. I cant seem to find the right motor listed when I go to download. They keep saying 70 hp 3 cyl or 80hp 4 cyl. The motor says 75hp Mariner on the side and its a 3 cyl. I just bought this motor dirt cheap about a week ago for $200. The guy lives here locally and its been sitting on his bass boat for three years now. He couldnt get it running. It has no spark so he replaced the rectifier and switch box. Still no spark. All the wiring is in really good shape (not dry rotted/Bare). So im looking for a manual so I can make sure all the wiring is right and find out why its not firing. I was told it was a 1986 but the parts fiche didn't look the same. I tried checking the s/n but not quite sure its right. Serial number says
0B329769 any help would be appreciated
