I have a 20 hp, 1986 Mariner than has an idle issue at low rpm. I can not get it to idle smoothly at low rpm, it runs rough then stalls out. It will run fine at high rpm and appears to have the issue the more it is run, it runs much better when it is cold. I have replaced the fuel tank, lines and filter. I have also put in new plugs and cleaned the carb.
What are the adjustments for the carb, is it the usual idle screw all the way in, back out 1 1/2 turns.
