Motor cranks and idols fine. Put it in the water and it goes fine but every now and then it will bog down while under way. After a few moments of barely putting along it will rev back up and take off like normal. I cant figure out what is wrong. It has new plugs, i cleaned fuel pump, and carburetors, New fuel line, bulb and inline fuel filter.
