How To Remove The Black Push In Button on the Throttle Handle?

I have a 2005 Mercury Throttle Control on my center console and need to pull the handle off, but don't know how to get the button out. So I can get to the nut that holds the handle on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Plenty of parts diagrams out there on net.Pic or part # may help.

I think you put it in throttle only then pry it out.
