Not even the SELOC manual had it right. Yes it says to remove the Circlip behind the choke knob inside then before you pull straight out like the book states you need to backout a inside set screw, phillips head screw, you will notice a notch in the plastic for that screw anyway back it and then pull.
If you can't see that screw, just pull out choke knob back and forth and you should see the screw that is stopping it. Answer my own question, just how good is this forum?
