I need to locate the Release screw(s) to relieve the hydro lock ?

On a 1987 50hp Merc dual ram trim/tilt

go down . trim/tilt motor/pump works fluid level full

Sounds like the pump isn't working because it pumps fluid into the down side of the ram. All I can say is remove the bleed screws and push it down.

Anything under the pump / reservoir inside the boat ??
