When I squeeze primer bulb pretty hard fuel squirts out top carb.. motor cranks and runs fine...does not seem to leak when running.. Should I bite the bullet and pull the carbs and replace needles. It appears the carb does not have a replaceable seat Is this so ??

Float might be set too high. or there is a bit of dirt in the valve. However, with a forceful enough squeeze to the primer bulb, it is possible to force fuel past a properly working float-needle and seat
