Runs for about 5 minutes then stalls and struggles to restart, any ideas? New fuel pump, fuel line with bulb, carb rebuilt, water pump and impeller, fuel filter. Had it all tuned up as well. Don't know what else to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated
