Help identify linkage 90 hp Merc

I have been fighting with this boat for 2 1/2 months so far (mostly parts delays and wrong parts) have not owned it much longer than that. I have this one linkage that I dont remember where it came from and I cant figure out where it goes. It is NOT the linkage that connects all three carbs together (throttle) and it is NOT the oil injection pump to center carb linkage... I have both of those on there. Any help would be appreciated. The motor is a 1999 Mercury 90hp 3cyl 2stroke serial number OG935846

This linkage is about 1/3 the size of the linkage that connects the 3 carbs together and anout 1/2 the size (or smaller) than the linksge that connects the oil pump to the center csrb.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Might be the connector between the carbs and ignition advance/throttle linkage

I was thinking that was the oil pump linkage but I will look around very close next time I get down there. I need to get this boat home so I can work on it without driving an hour each way

Looks almost like the oil pump to throttle linkage but they are longer looking in real life and have more metal than plastic along the length of you know what I mean.
