Hi everyone! I have an 88 Mariner 100 4 cylinder, serial #OB278845, with a drifting power trim. I have had this on other Mercs and Mariners, and it usually was the manual release valve o rings. At least that may be the easiest fix to do first. My question is, can the release valve be screwed all the way out without removing the right transom mount bracket? It looks like it has a collar underneath the hex head that may be larger than the hole in the bracket. Also, does anyone know the 3 o ring part numbers, without buying the complete kit? Thanks!
