One of your pics show oil dripping down. oil in the bellows comes from a leaking carrier seal and/or a grooved yoke.

Oh ok no there is no oil leaking what you where seeing was waterlogged milky grease from the bellows leaking and filling with water.

Also I pressure tested the outdrive and it was good at 15psi for 30 minutes.

Alright now I've got into the fun stuff. The perch that the front motor mount is supposed to be bolted to is rotted out so I've got to build a new one, waterproof it with resin then fiberglass it in. I don't have any good pictures of what I'm talking about but here's some of the where the was and then after I got it pulled out.



You can kind of see the front mount dropped down in this picture the rotten wood collapsed out from underneath it

And a couple of the completely destroyed coupler
