Dual 5.7 liter m/c engines. I was idling at the dock when one of my engines died and the warning buzzer sounded. I restarted the engine right back up. With the engine restarted the buzzer would not shut down and continued to sound. I finally got it disconnected. The question is will it harm the engine to run it the alarm disconnected?

The alarm is going off for a reason. I would think you should find out why before you destroy something.
Which engine is setting the alarm? Is it a buzzer or beeps?

The alarm lets me know the engine has died.

The engine died for a reason and the alarm continued to go off for a reason.

you ran out of coolant, engine oil, outdrive oil, Yep, keep running it . The original issue will surely crop up to wipe out the motor or the drive.
