1975 Merc 165 exchanger

A guy I know has a 1975 Merc 165 with a 250 Chevy I6. His heat exchanger is bad and needs to be replaced. I have taken some pics and am in need of locating a replacement to fix it for him. A part number or resource for finding the number myself would be greatly appreciated. The lower hose points up at approximately 45*. If you can recommend an adaptable part that has only two fresh water and two raw water nipples that would be great too.

San Juan engineering makes many closed cooling systems, they can be found on the web. To assist you we could use your engine seril number.

Not sure how much you can see from this pic.
I was able to adapt an exchanger from a SBC.
I made my own custom adapters out of copper fittings sweat together.
Keep in mind the "radiator" cap must be the highest point in the cooling system.
