I know the 4.3 has a lot in common with the small blocks... but I don't know if THIS is the same. Here's a pic of my current set up utilizing the bracket:

Here's a past post with another owner having a similar problem. He got creative with his bracket.

Yes I have that bracket but no place on the block to mount...
