oil

i own a 1984 seaswirl 3.0 it blows a lot of oil out the valve cover vent tube that goes to the carb. how do i cure this aquart every hour or so<br />PLEASE HELP

Is the filler cap vent open? If so ... try a new PCV valve. If that dose not work....It could be bad rings (alot of oil blow by) could mean time to rebuild. Others may have a diffrent ideas. Keep checking.

the motor came with a 90 degree elbow that hooks to the hose then the air cleaner. no pcv valve
