1976 235 HP (351w) OMC = WOT RPM?

I am trying to find some info before making a prop post, question.
I would guess around 42-4500, but not sure.

1976 OMC 235 HP (351w)
Upper 21.16 Lower 15.23 Total .86 Overall ? 1.16

I would aim for 4500. Especially if you have a heavier boat. Doesn't mean you have to spin it up that fast all the time. I think published WOT RPM's are meant to be reliable sustainable maximums.
