1991 4.3 exhaust cooling holes size?

I meed to add nipples to the risers to accommodate the thermostat housing. I can find the part though.

Is the port on the exhaust manifold the same size at the one on the riser?

I need #12 from picture. Seems its unavailable but that the parts listed at #7 will work, if size is correct.

Can someone chime in?? I'd really like to get more things ordered!

That should work but I would go with these to make winterization easier
